TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF MEDEXPRESS.PL WEBSITE
§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The publisher of the Medexpress.pl website is "WW1" sp. z o.o. with its headquarters at Zygmunta Glogera 2 lok. 11, 02-051 Warsaw
The guiding principle of the Medexpress.pl website is to respect the privacy and confidentiality of users' data, in accordance with the legal acts in force in Poland.
It is the policy of the Medexpress.co.uk website to label commercial information and separate it from other published content.
§ 2 COPYRIGHT
Medexpress.co.uk is a legally protected name and trademark owned by "WW1" sp. z o.o.. Use of this name and/or mark requires the written permission of "WW1" sp. z o.o.
All rights to the materials posted on the Medexpress.pl website belong to "WW1" Ltd.
Medexpress.pl website is subject to full legal protection provided by the relevant provisions of Polish law, including the provisions of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 2001 and the Act on Combating Unfair Competition of April 16, 1993.
The content of the Medexpress.pl website constitutes a work within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights and is subject to the protection provided for in this Act. Copying or further use of the materials posted on the Medexpress.pl website, or fragments thereof, is prohibited without prior and express permission of the Publisher.
The use of materials posted on the website is permitted only on the terms and to the extent corresponding to personal use and permitted public use. The principles and scope of such permitted personal and public use are defined by the Law on Copyright and Related Rights.
The use of materials placed on the Medexpress.pl website or their fragments in a manner inconsistent with the principles indicated above constitutes an infringement of the rights of "WW1" sp. z o.o. and will be grounds for "WW1" sp. z o.o. to immediately take appropriate legal measures against the infringers.
§ 3 REGISTRATION AND USER OBLIGATIONS
Registration is done by properly completing the registration form.
Registration is free of charge.
"WW1" sp. z o.o. reserves the right to verify the data contained in the registration form by contacting the user.
Completion of the registration form signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and consent to the collection, processing and use of the information provided by "WW1" sp. z o.o. for marketing purposes, which may include direct marketing activities (marketing communications, including newsletters and offers), management by WW1 sp. z o.o. of potential sales opportunities and implementation of related internal procedures.
"WW1" sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse registration of a given user without giving any reason.
Registration and gaining access to materials and services on the Medexpress.pl website are tantamount to the user's acceptance of the fact that he/she will receive news and information about news sent by the editors of the website via e-mail, including information and materials of a marketing and promotional nature.
If the user does not agree to receive electronically the information and materials referred to in sec. 7, "WW1" sp. z o.o. reserves the right to completely or partially restrict the user's access to information and services available on the website.
The user undertakes to use the services and materials offered by the Medexpress.pl website in accordance with the laws in force in Poland, social and moral norms and the provisions of these Regulations. In particular, the user undertakes to: not to post pornographic and vulgar materials, as well as materials and content calling for racial, ethnic, religious hatred, etc., and promoting violence.
§ 4 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The administrator (hereinafter: "Administrator") of the personal data of the Users of the Medexpress.pl portal (hereinafter: "Users") is WW1 sp. z o. o. in Warsaw (ul. Zygmunta Glogera 2/11, 02-051 Warsaw), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the number 0000335712, NIP: 7010197048, REGON: 141990565, share capital in the amount: PLN 50,000.

The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted in writing, by snail mail to: Zygmunta Glogera 2/11, 02-051 Warsaw or by e-mail at: iod@ww1.com.pl.
Users' personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, i.e. based on consent to process personal data for one or more specified purposes.
Your personal data is processed for marketing and promotional purposes of WW1 sp. z o. o.'s own and partners' products and services. (transmission of marketing content, including newsletters, invitations and offers), WW1 sp. z o. o.'s management of potential sales opportunities and implementation of related internal procedures.
The Administrator processes the following personal data of Users: e-mail address - the provision of which is a condition for the realization of the marketing purpose, including the sending of newsletters. Failure to provide the above data by the data subject will result in the Administrator's inability to fulfill the above purpose. In addition, the Administrator also processes Cookies about which more in Cookies Policy: www.medexpress.pl/polityka-cookies.
The Company does not process special categories of personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and violations of law or related security measures.
Recipients of Users' personal data may be authorized employees and representatives of the Administrator and personal data processors, as well as entities other than those mentioned above that cooperate with or act on behalf of WW1 sp. z o. o. The data may also be disclosed to competent authorities, provided they are authorized in accordance with applicable law.
Users' personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or international organizations. Where processing involves the transfer of data outside the European Economic Area, it will be done using standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of data protection as required by law.
Users' personal data will be processed for the period necessary to carry out marketing activities. Personal data will be deleted in the following cases: when the data subject requests deletion of the data or withdraws the consent given; after obtaining information that the stored data is outdated or inaccurate; in the event of termination of the activities of WW1 sp. z o. o. and its non-continuation by cooperating entities.
Data in the area of: e-mail address, may be stored for a further 3 years from the memento of the above premises for evidence purposes - this data will not be used for marketing purposes.
In connection with the processing of personal data, Users have the right to: request the Administrator to access the personal data of the data subject, request the Administrator to rectify the personal data of the data subject, request the Administrator to erase the personal data of the data subject, request the Administrator to restrict the processing of the personal data of the data subject, object to the processing of your personal data of the data subject, object to the processing of your personal data of the data subject, portability of the personal data of the data subject, withdraw consent to the processing at any time without affecting the legality of the processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority.

Users' personal data shall be processed electronically, in accordance with the methods and procedures related to the purposes of processing referred to in § 4 item. 4 above.

"WW1" Ltd. reserves the right to:
Edit, delete, change the appearance, content, operation of the website without giving any reason.
Partial or complete restriction of access to the website to the user in case of violation of these Regulations by the user.
Amendments to these Regulations.

The form and content of information that does not come from the editors of the Medexpress.pl website, but is posted by users in comments and in other designated areas of the website.
The form and content of information and materials of a commercial nature posted on the Medexpress.co.uk website, and coming from external sources.
Consequences of access to the Medexpress.co.uk website by persons who have been enabled by users to use the website by providing a password.
§ 7 FINAL PROVISIONS
The terms and conditions apply to you from the moment you fill out the registration form.
Changes to these Regulations are announced at medexpress.com/regulations
In cases not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of law shall apply.
